Data collected

Only the information you enter in the audit form: name, company, email address, phone, website, business type, city and goal. No data is collected without your knowledge.

Purpose

This information is used solely to prepare your free audit and to contact you about it. It is never sold or used for marketing without your consent.

Transfer

The form is sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers your message to our inbox. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for no more than 3 years after our last exchange, unless you become a client.

Cookies and trackers

In line with GDPR and the French data protection authority (CNIL), no tracker requiring consent is set without your agreement.

• Strictly necessary (exempt from consent) : your light/dark theme choice, your language and your cookie choice, stored only in your browser. None of this is sent to us.
• Audience measurement : none at present. If an analytics tool is added, it will only be activated after your explicit consent, and your choice will be kept for 6 months.
• Advertising and social media : none.

Fonts are hosted directly on this website: no data is sent to Google or any other third party when you visit.

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to contact@mizanstudio.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
